Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that in compliance of order dated 23.05.2018 passed in CRM-M-22190 of 2018, petitioner has surrendered before the trial Court. Therefore, this petition has rendered infructuous. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel for respondent No.1-complainant.

In view of above, this petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
