ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) On 10.05.2018, this Court had recorded that the parties who are closely related, have amicably sorted out their dispute with sincere efforts of learned counsel for the parties.

Today, a copy of the deed of compromise has been filed, which is duly signed by the respective parties as well as their counsels. The deed of compromise has been marked as Mark 'C' and the same is taken on record.

RSA No.2384 of 1995 (O&M) -2Since both the parties have resolved their dispute, hence, both the appeals shall stand disposed of in terms of the deed of compromise, original whereof has been filed. The deed of compromise would form part of the decree.
