**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 15 dated 23.2.2017, registered under Section 376 IPC and Section 323 IPC added later on, Police Station Phase-8, District SAS Nagar.

Counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to the order dated 1.6.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioners have appeared before the trial Court and they were admitted to interim bail. The counsel has placed on record the order dated 30.7.2018 which shows the presence of Gayatri Kapoor and Nidhi Kapoor.
