This is a petition under section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking prearrest bail in a case registered in which petitioner has been summoned to face trial. Admittedly, petitioner never appeared before the trial court and was declared a proclaimed offender. It is unexplicable how a proclaimed offender can seek concession of anticipatory bail when he has scant respect for law. There is, thus, no ground to consider his plea. Dismissed.
