Learned counsel for the petitioner confines the relief claimed in this case to the extent that in the complaint filed by respondent No.5, the petitioner is being called to the Police Station Majitha Road, Amritsar daily and is made to sit from morning till evening and is again asked to come on the next day.

Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to look into this grievance of the petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law. However, it is made clear that nothing contained in this order shall be interpreted as an expression regarding the dispute between the parties, complaint filed by respondent No.5 or any other legal civil or criminal action taken or anticipated against the petitioner.
