(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.274, dated 16.07.2022, registered at Police Station Sector 31, District Faridabad, under Sections 120-B, 34, 406, 420 IPC (Sections 467, 472, 473 IPC added later on) (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). Pursuant to order dated 22.03.2023, report dated 01.05.2023 has been received from Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridabad, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any pressure or coercion.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.274, dated 16.07.2022, registered at Police Station Sector 31, District Faridabad, under Sections 120-B, 34, 406, 420 IPC (Sections 467, 472, 473 IPC added later on) (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
