Seeking quashing of order dated 21.02.2024 whereby bail of the petitioner has been cancelled and bail & surety bonds have been forefeited in the FIR captioned above and also quashing of order dated 28.02.2024 whereby proclamation proceedings have been issued against the petitioner by Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana, the petitioner had come up before this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. 2.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has complied with order dated 18.03.2024 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court whereby the petitioner was directed to join the proceedings before the trial Court and on doing so, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail and now prays for confirmation of the interim bail granted to the petitioner.

State counsel does not refute the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner.

Given above, the present petition is allowed and interim order dated 18.03.2024 passed by this Court, is hereby made absolute. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
