(ORAL) In the present petition, the challenge is to the interim order dated 15.10.2025 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal Chandigarh Bench (for short - 'the Tribunal') it may be noticed that thereafter, the case has been listed before the Tribunal number of times and is now listed for 18.05.2026. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case, the direction is given to the Tribunal to decide the issue finally in a time-bound manner as, due to the interim order, petitioner is financially suffering.

We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record with his able assistance.

Keeping in view the totality of the circumstance as there is an argument raised that the financial burden is being put up upon the petitioner due to the interim order passed so as not to discontinue a particular allowance, the Tribunal is requested to decide the issue finally either on the next date of hearing KUMARI SAPNA 2026.05.01 12.44 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
