**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) CRM-14796-2022 This is an application for correction of order dated 08.04.2022 passed by this Court.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Section 429 IPC is added in the order dated 08.04.2022. Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections. CRM-M-14985-2022 Vide order dated 08.04.2022, this Court had granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 08.04.2022, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 3.

This fact has not been disputed by the learned State counsel. However, learned State counsel has opposed the bail. He further submits that in case this Court is inclined to give the bail to the petitioner then it should be subject to the strict and stringent conditions.

Given the nature of allegations, no pre-trial incarceration is required. Without commenting on the case's merits and the circumstances peculiar to this case, the petitioner makes a case for release on bail.

Given above, the present petition is allowed. The order dated 08.04.2022 is hereby made absolute.
