Prayer in the petition (CRM-M-12842-2025), filed under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for quashing of complaint case bearing No.52 of 2019 filed under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act (hereinafter referred to as 'NI Act') (Annexure P-1), summoning orders dated 21.07.2023 and 5.9.2023 (Annexures P-2 and P-3) and order dated 15.02.2025, whereby the application seeking discharge of the petitioners was dismissed (Annexure P-8) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Prayer in the petition (CRM-M-12816-2025) under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 (BNSS) is for quashing of complaint case No.53 of 2019, under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act (Annexure P-1), summoning order dated 21.07.2023 & 05.09.2023 (Annexures P-2 & P-3, respectively, order dated 15.02.2025, whereby application of discharge of the petitioner was dismissed (Annexure P-8) and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

Today, on the very outset, learned Senior counsel for the petitioners (in both the cases), submits that since, dispute involved in the main complaint has already been resolved amicably between the parties, he be allowed to withdraw both the present petitions. 4.

Taking into consideration the statement made by learned Senior counsel for the petitioners, both the present petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.
