(ORAL) Through the instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 25 dated 28.10.2016 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Kotli Surat Malhi, District Gurdaspur. Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate of the petitioner in Court today, which is taken on record. As per the same, the petitioner was released on bail on 15.07.2017 in terms of Section 167(2) Cr.P.C.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
