ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. On 29.05.2024 both the counsels had stated that they have no instructions in the matter, therefore, notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellants as well as respondents remain unserved due to incomplete address. This is the only address which was given in the memo of parties and in the judgment and decree passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
