*** AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.252 dated 18.12.2018 registered under Sections 326/324/323/148/149 IPC at Police Station City South Moga, District Moga.

After arguing for sometime and seeing that Court is not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioners has very fairly stated that the grievous injuries were attributed to Mangu @ Karan Kumar. Therefore, he shall surrender before the trial Court and apply for regular bail which shall be decided expeditiously. However, the injuries attributed to Prince @ Sidhant are not reflected as grievous injuries in medico legal report and, therefore, he should not be subjected to custodial interrogation because after this occurrence the same group attacked Prince ANJU 2019.03.28 15:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document phhc

Learned Deputy Advocate General has accepted this fact. Let petitioner No.1 surrender before the trial Court on or before 29.03.2019 and move an application for bail which will be decided expeditiously by 01.04.2019 on merits. As regards Prince @ Sidhant let him appear before the Investigating Officer on 29.03.2019 who shall released him on interim bail as per conditions envisaged under Section 438
