ARUN MONGA, J.(ORAL) Plaintiffs/appellants are in second appeal before this Court assailing judgment and decree dated 17.12.1993 passed by learned trial Court, as upheld by learned First Appellate Court vide judgment and decree dated 22.08.1995, whereby suit for possession filed by plaintiffs/appellants was dismissed.

Case was taken up for hearing on 14.02.2023 when none appeared for the parties and registry was asked to issue fresh notice to the learned counsel for the parties. As per office note, counsels for both the parties have been informed through email. However, none appears on behalf of the appellants.
