The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 05.03.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, sole appellant is stated to have died. Respondent No.1 is also stated to have died. Respondent No.2 stands duly served. Notice issued to the respondent No.3 has not been received back either served or otherwise. Respondent No.4 was not found residing at the given address. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the legal representatives of the appellant. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
