(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is for issuance of directions to respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh, to decide the representation dated 23.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner and to register the FIR under the relevant provisions of the Indian Penal Code. Further, directions may be issued to respondent No. 2 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in the matter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, he would be satisfied if direction is issued to respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Chandigarh, to consider and take a final decision representation dated 23.02.2024 (Annexure P-1) made by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
