(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3, to provide protection of life and liberty of the petitioner, at the hands of private respondents No. 4 to 7.

On asking by this Court, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one Sumit s/o Pawan, who is minor being age of 17 years is stated to have been living in a live-in relationship with the petitioner. But, neither there is any plausible reason given by the petitioner in the petition that why said Sumit s/o Pawan has not joined hands with the petitioner in filing the present petition before this Court, nor his other relevant details have been mentioned in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition,with liberty to file a fresh one with same cause of action.
