The present Regular Second Appeal has been filed by the plaintiff-appellant challenging the judgment of the First Appellate Court dated 15.05.1995 whereby the judgment and decree dated 28.02.1994 passed in its favour was reversed and its suit for recovery of Rs.20,128/- (i.e. Rs.14,800/- as principal amount and Rs.5,328/- as interest) was dismissed. 2.

The pecuniary subject matter of the present appeal is Rs.20,128/- which does not exceed Rs.25,000/-. As per Section 102 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 no second appeal shall lie from any decree when the subject matter of the original suit is for the recovery of money not exceeding Rs.25,000/-.

Accordingly, the present appeal is disposed of being not maintainable.
