This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing of FIR No.41 dated 10.4.2020 under Section 188 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sanaur, District Patiala alongwith all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to file afresh on the same cause of action after laying challenge to charge-sheet/challan, as also the charges framed against the petitioner.
