(oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Dinesh Kumar of Police Station Bilga, Tehsil Phillaur, District Jalandhar (Rural), submits that the petitioners are not involved in any case at present and, as such, they will not be summoned to the police station without taking recourse to the provisions contained in Section 160 Cr.P.C.

In view of the above, learned proxy counsel for the petitioners submits that he has instructions to state at bar that he does not press this petition at this stage.
