ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 06.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant No.1(i) is stated to have died. Appellant No.1(ii) stands duly served. Appellant No.1(iii) remains unserved with the report that he is working as ASI at Abohar and visits home rarely. No one has come forward to get themselves impleaded as legal representatives of appellant No.1(i). None has put in appearance on behalf of appellant No.1(ii) despite service. Sole respondent also stands duly served.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
