Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C seeking regular bail in a case registered under Sections 307, 34 IPC and 3, 8, 4-A, 8, 5, 8 Cow Slaughter Act at Police Station, City Palwal, District Palwal vide FIR No. 659 dated 24.12.2014.

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that out of 16 prosecution witnesses cited by the prosecution, 7 have already been examined. Prosecution shall endeavour to conclude its evidence at the earliest.

In view of above, no ground is made out to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Dismissed.
