ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) 1.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 07.03.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant No.1 refused to accept the notice, however, affixation has been made. Accordingly, he is deemed to having been served. Appellant Nos.2 and 3 as well as the sole respondent are stated to have died. Neither anyone has appeared on behalf of the appellant No.1 nor anybody has put in appearance on behalf of legal representatives of the appellant Nos.2 and 3. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
