))  +'  , )-   Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.34 dated 02.03.2022, registered under Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act, 1957, Section 420 IPC, and Section 120-B IPC (added later on), at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur. Vide order dated 02.08.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

$ #     %      !  Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Narinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
