******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.320 dated 27.06.2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Sector-34, Chandigarh.

Heard.

The petitioner was allowed interim bail vide order dated 02.08.2016. However, despite granting of interim bail, he never appeared before the Investigating Officer or joined the investigation, as a result of which interim order was withdrawn on 22.03.2018.
