(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondents No.4 and 5. Learned State counsel submitting reply by way of affidavit of Dalip Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Uchana, submits that instant petition has rendered infructuous inasmuch as there is no threat perception to the life and liberty of the petitioner as respondents No.4 and 5 have consented to their marriage.
