Report by way of affidavit of Amarjit Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dharamkot, District Moga has been filed in Court. The same is taken on record.

The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 16.12.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, sole appellant remains unserved with the report that he has left the given address. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of the appellant except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court and is the same on which the notice was sent. Respondent Nos.1 and 4 stand duly served. However, none has put in appearance on their behalf despite service. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are stated to have died. 3.

RSA-2523-1995 (O&M) --2-- dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
