The present petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. with the prayer to grant regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.60 dated 12.08.2023, registered under Sections 22-C/29/61/85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Mulepur, District Fatehgarh Sahib, Punjab. 2.

After arguing vehemently on the merits of the case and since the Court is not inclined to consider the prayer as commercial quantity is involved, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
