The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 18.07.2024 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellant No.1 is stated to be residing abroad. Appellant No.2 was not found residing at the given address. Appellant Nos.3 and 4 are stated to have died. There is no other address available with the Court for effecting service of appellant Nos.1 and 2 except the one mentioned in the memo of parties and in the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and the First Appellate Court and is the same on which the notices were sent. None has come forward to be impleaded as legal representative of appellant Nos.3 and 4. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
