(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, in a case arising out of FIR No.50 dated 30.04.2016, registered at Police Station Bawal, District Rewari, who have been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 406 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC.
At the very outset, learned State, on instructions from ASI Narinder Singh, has informed that in pursuance of order dated 20.07.2016, the petitioners have joined the investigation on 26.07.2016 and their custodial interrogation is not required at this stage. In view of the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 20.07.2016, passed by this Court whereby the ad-interim Naresh Kumar 2016.08.23 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioners is made absolute.
