The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 16.12.2023 fresh notice was issued to the parties. As per the Office report, the sole appellant has since died and respondents No.1(i) to 1(iv) are not residing at the given address. Thereafter, Mr. H.P.S. Ghuman, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the appellant on 23.07.2024 and stated that he had instructions to appear in the matter. He was directed to furnish correct address of respondents No.1(i) and 1(iv) and the case was adjourned to 04.10.2024. On 04.10.2024 the order dated 23.07.2024 was not complied with and last opportunity was granted to the counsel to comply with. Till date the said order has not been complied with. Today Mr. H.P.S. Ghuman, Advocate states that he has no instructions in the matter. 2.

In view of the earlier report that the sole appellant has since died and none of his legal representative(s) have come forward to get AMAN JAIN 2025.01.15 12:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

RSA-2557-1995 (O&M) -2themselves impleaded as parties, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
