Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to make enquiry about assault caused to the petitioners by the private respondents in fair and proper manner or to entrust the investigation to some independent investigating agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioners have made a representation dated 18.1.2017 (Annexure P7) to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, but the same remained unattended till now.
