SABINA, J Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.92 dated 10.05.2014, under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 81 of Registration Act, 1908, registered at Police Station Talwandi Sabo, District Bhatinda.
While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 21.07.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the allegations against the petitioner are only that he has prepared a site plan of the property. In the FIR itself, it is mentioned that he has not prepared the site plan after visiting the spot. He is not the beneficiary of the transaction. He further contended that the main accused have already been granted concession of the

Notice of motion for 10.09.2015.
In the meanwhile, in the event of arrest of the petitioner, he will be admitted to the interim anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer on the conditions that he will join the investigation as and when required by the Investigating Officer, that he will not directly or indirectly tamper with the prosecution evidence and that he will not leave India without the prior permission of the Court."
Learned State counsel who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Lachhman Singh has submitted that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation.
Accordingly, interim bail granted to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 21.07.2015, is made absolute. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
