The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.125 dated 03.06.2017 under Sections 353, 186, 355, 323, 34, 427 & 332 of IPC registered at Police Station Sultanwind, Police Commissionerate, Amritsar. This Court vide order dated 27.07.2017 had directed the petitioner to appear before the Investigating Officer and to join the investigation and in the event of his arrest, he was to be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Investigating/Arresting Officer. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Ramesh Kumar, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the State that the petitioner has joined investigation, the order dated 27.07.2017 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute.
