Concededly the petitioners were Judgment Debtors in a decree for possession of the suit land. It is also not in dispute that the said decree for possession was got executed through the process of Court on 11.2.2014. The allegation against petitioners is that they have interfered with the possession of the other party and also harvested the crop, while being members of the unlawful assembly. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, keeping in view the gravity of offence, no case for anticipatory bail is made out.

Dismissed.
