The prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.332 dated 23.7.2013, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Tripuri, Patiala. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the coaccused in the case, namely, Inder Singh has already been released on bail and the petitioner is a bona-fide purchaser. The State counsel on instructions from ASI Joginder Singh states that in view of the fact that co-accused Inder Singh has been granted bail, petitioner be also directed to join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency.

Crl. Misc. No. M-2339 of 2015 -2subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when directed by the investigating agency. He shall abide by the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
