(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in a case bearing FIR No.400 dated 16.10.2022 under Sections 147/148/149/323/365/120-B/506 of IPC, 1860 and Sections 25(1-B) (a)/27(1)/29(b) of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Kherki Daula, District Gurugram.

Learned State counsel has filed the status report/reply dated 19.04.2023 which is taken on record. Copy thereof has been supplied to the counsel for the petitioner.

Vide order dated 21.03.2023 while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 21.03.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute. The learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Vikram Singh has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his further investigation in the present case is not required. In view of the above, interim order dated 21.03.2023 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.

The present petition stands disposed off.
