Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life liberty and property of the petitioner and his family at the hands of respondents No. 5 & 6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is apprehending his arrest and harassment at the hands of respondents No. 5 &

6. He further contended that petitioner along with his entire family is away from his residential home from the last 20 days and is also unable to move a representation before the police authorities. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, let this petition be treated as a representation and copy thereof be sent to respondent No.3Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana to look into the matter and take required action as expeditiously as possible, if any, in accordance with law.
