By way of present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.0176 dated 27.09.2022 under Section 302, 148, 149 IPC 1860, (offence under Section 325, 323, 34 IPC, 1860 added later on) registered at Police Station Sadar Patti, District Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1). Having argued for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
