*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 06.07.2001 (Annexure P-6)vide which services of the petitioner were terminated. 2.

Petition was admitted on 25.02.2002.

When called out for hearing, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 11.07.2001,the impugned termination order was stayed and petitioner has retired during pendency of the writ petition. Therefore, proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous.

Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 5.
