(Oral) This is a Habeas Corpus petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India preferred by one Akhil Garg, stating himself to be the friend of the detenue, namely Ms. Anita Saini, who is married to Sunil Saini, respondent No.4.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner, who is a businessman and is already married, has been in love affairs with the detenue since September, 2019. The detenue is married to respondent No.4 and out of their wedlock, a minor child, namely, Suryaansh, aged 4 years, was born.

Today, Ms. Anita Saini is present on Watz up call along with HC Baljinder Kaur and on a specific query put by this Court, she stated that she is happily residing with her husband. There is no threat to her life and to her minor child from respondent No. 4-Sunil Saini.

In view of the statement made by Ms. Anita Saini and after going through the orders dated 12.04.2020 and 22.04.2020 passed by this Court, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. Disposed of.
