Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking quashing of order dated 14.03.2022 (Annexure P7) passed by learned Sessions Judge, Mansa in Criminal Revision No.27 dated 10.10.2019 titled as "Dhairya Garg Vs. Jatinder Kumar" vide which revision petition for enhancement of interim maintenance granted vide order dated 04.09.2019 (Annexure P5) passed by learned JMIC, Budhlada, whereby only Rs.2000/- per month has been fixed as interim maintenance to the petitioner, has been dismissed by learned Sessions Court.

Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record order dated 13.12.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mansa, which is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent informs that present petition has been rendered infructuous as vide order dated 13.12.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Mansa SUNENA 2024.02.27 10:14 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

2024:PHHC:024471 Page 2 of 2 application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the petitioner, for grant of maintenance to the tune of Rs.30,000/- per month to the petitioner, stand dismissed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to dispute the above said facts as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner; and submits that present petition may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
