HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for grant of anticipatory bail to him in case FIR No.48 dated 21.02.2023, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Bawal, District Rewari (Annexure P-1).

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
