(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of F.I.R No. 190 of 01.11.2014, under Sections 363-A/366A/376-A/376-D/302/201 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at P.S. Ateli, District Mahendergarh.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Malkhan Singh, has informed the Court that out of 45 witnesses, 43 witnesses have already been examined.

In view of the fact that the trial is at the fag end, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
