(Oral) Learned State counsel has informed that appeal filed by the petitioner before Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Panchkula - respondent No.1 in the present petition, has since been finally disposed of on 20.9.2021. A copy of that order has been placed on record and this decision has accordingly been communicated to the petitioner.

By way of filing the present writ petition, petitioner - Deepak Kumar, prayed for issuance of direction to respondent No.1 to decide his appeal in a time bound manner. Since the appeal has been finally decided, the present writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
