HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for quashing of Criminal Complaint No.NACT/4618/2021 dated 11.11.2021, moved under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Annexure P-1) and also the Summoning Order dated 11.11.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridabad along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
