ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the trial Court to expeditiously conclude the private complaint No.116 of 2017 filed by the petitioner under Sections 419, 420, 494, 120-B IPC against respondents No.2 and 3.

Since the complaint pending before the trial Court pertains to the year 2017 and cannot be a case falling under the Action Plan, no direction can be issued to the trial Court, at this stage. Disposed of accordingly.
