(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing FIR No.74 dated 10.06.2013 registered under Sections 323, 324, 325, 326, 452, 427, 506, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Mukerian (Annexure P-1) along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). Pursuant to order dated 21.08.2018 of this Court, the parties appeared before the appellate Court on 05.09.2018 to get their statements recorded. Learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, has submitted his report vide letter bearing No.600, dated 13.09.2018 duly SONIKA 2018.11.14 18:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh forwarded by learned District and Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, vide letter

CRM-M-24419 of 2018 --2-- bearing No.32598, dated 15.09.2018.

According to the report, learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, is satisfied that the parties have compromised the matter amicably with their free will and the compromise is bonafide which is without any undue influence, pressure or inducement. Considering the report of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Hoshiarpur, dated 13.09.2018 and the fact that the compromise will bring peace and harmony in relations between the parties, aforesaid FIR No.74 dated 10.06.2013 along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, are quashed, subject to payment of costs of `10,000/-, out of which `3,000/- shall be deposited with the Bar Association of Punjab and Haryana High Court and `7,000/- with the Punjab and Haryana High Court Legal Services Committee within two weeks from today, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed. Disposed of accordingly.
