This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 16.02.2021 passed in CWP-3535-2021. 2.

A reply by way of affidavit of Ajoy Kumar Sinha, IAS, Principal Secretary to Government of Punjab, Department of Power has been filed, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. As per reply, speaking order dated 11.04.2025 (Annexure R-4) has since been passed.

In view of the compliance report, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present contempt petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail her remedies as available in law. Permitted to do so.
