(ORAL) The defendants have filed the present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 115 of Code of Civil Produce, 1908 for setting aside impugned order dated 16.01.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed by Ld. Civil Judge, Junior Division Rohtak, in a case bearing No. CS/1025/2023 titled as "Jai Kishan etc. Vs. Ashok Kumar etc." whereby interim relief was declined to the petitioners without passing any speaking order, in the interest of justice.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take all pleas before the learned trial Court. Permitted to do so.
